Eyelash extensions are synthetic lashes that are made to replicate natural eyelashes.  It lets you add the length and thickness to your eyelashes without damaging your natural lashes.  You can also choose the curl that you desire.  If it's classic lashes, only one extension will be glued onto one natural lash.  If it's volume lashes, multiple thinner extensions will be glued onto one natural lash. 

No.  It won't damage your natural lashes as long as it's applied correctly and you take care of it properly.  It's easy to say but surprisingly a lot of lash artists don't know how to properly apply eyelash extensions or do not care much about the long term lash health of clients.

Classic Lashes- One lash extension is glued to one natural lash.  Great way to extend and thicken your lashes.  But there's a limit to the volume since only one extension can be applied to one natural lash.  If you don't have enough natural lashes, more extensions cannot be attached.

Volume Lashes- Multiple thinner lash extensions are glued to one natural lash.  It creates more volume since more extensions are attached to one natural lash.  It's perfect for filling gaps.  Extensions for volume lashes are extremely thin and light.  Multiple volume lash extensions could be either same weight as one classic lash extension or even lighter, therefore it doesn't damage your natural lashes.  But lash artist must have the skills and knowledge in order for them to apply volume lashes correctly.  Knowing what's the right thickness, length and quantity for one particular natural lash is extremely important.

Yes, lash extensions are safe when applied by a professional. We use high-quality products and techniques to ensure the safety of your natural lashes and eyes.

A full set of lash extensions typically takes around 1.5-2.5 hours to apply, depending on the desired look and the length of your natural lashes.

First, we'll remove old extensions that are twisted, grew too long, or lifted, then we will fill with new extensions. 

Please do not wet your lashes for 24-48 hours.  

After 48 hours, please wash your lashes everyday with oil free gentle foam cleanser.  If you don't wash your lashes, oil and dirt could build up and this could be the cause of extensions falling off.  This can also cause pores to clog and prevent natural lashes from growing properly, or cause infection.  After you wash your lashes, you can gently pat your lashes with soft tissue to wipe any excess water on your lashes.  You can brush the tip of your extensions gently with a clean mascara brush ONLY when lashes are dry.  

Please do not brush them when lashes are wet.  

Please never use oil based products on your lashes.  Also, be careful when you are applying moisturizer around your eyes. 

Yes.  However, there are some makeup products you shouldn't wear.

Pencil Liner- No, If you have to drop a pencil liner along the lash line.  If you are scraping your lash line, you'll slowly waken the glue bond that's at the root of your lashes.  Also it leads your eyelash extensions to get tangled.

Products that have oil- Oil causes the extensions to fall off very easily.  So no creamy pencils or creamy shadows.

Gel Liners- Gel eyeliners can leave a sticky residue on extensions and almost impossible to remove completely when you have eyelash extensions on.  Forcing to remove the gel liner could cause the extensions to weaken and fall off or damage your natural lashes.  If you leave the sticky residue on your lash line, it'll clog your lash pore and prevents your natural lashes from growing. 

Waterproof liquid eyeliners- Water-resistant or waterproof liquid liners are hard to remove.  If it requires rubbing or repeatedly touching your lashes to remove it, it will cause the extensions to fall off after.  And no, you can't use oil make up remover!

Mascara- Mascara contains oil and it will cause extensions to fall off quickly.  It's hard to remove without applying pressure as well.  Also if your lash artist is choosing extensions(thickness & Length) that are the healthy weight for your natural lashes, adding mascara will defeat the purpose because you will be adding additional weight on your natural lashes!

A lash lift enhances your natural lashes by curling them, while extensions add length and volume with different fibers. A lift is lower maintenance and perfect if you love your natural lashes but want a boost. 

A lash lift lasts 6-8 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle. The tint fades gradually over 6-8 weeks. You can book a touch-up when you're ready for a refresh!

No, when done by our trained professionals using quality products, a lash lift is safe and won't harm your lashes. We take care to protect your natural lash health during the process. 

No, both the lift and tint fade naturally over time as your lashes grow out. There's no removal process-just book another appointment when you're ready for a refresh!

Avoid moisture for the first 24 hours. Do not expose your lashes to water, steam, sweat, or humidity. This includes sauna, hot showers, and workouts. 

Do not apply eye makeup (including mascara, eyeliner, or eyeshadow) during the first 24 hours. 

Avoid touching or rubbing your eyes, and refrain from sleeping face-down to maintain the lifted shape. 

Be gentle when cleansing. Use a mild, oil-free cleanser around the eyes and pat dry with care. 

Brush lashes daily with a clean spool to maintain separation and shape.

Do no apply waterproof mascara, as it can weigh down and distort the lift over time. 

With proper care, your lash lift can last 6 to 8 weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle. For best results, we recommend booking your next appointment as the lift begins to grow out.
